• The Massachusetts Legislature passed, and the Governor signed into law, the PROTECT Act , “the most comprehensive legislation to protect undocumented immigrants in the nation.” See the Massachusetts Immigration & Refugee Advocacy Coalition (MIRA) for information about the PROTECT Act.

In 2026, IMAB fought to

• Protect Our Privacy Rights by supporting S.2619 and H.3755, and opposing Amendment H.5366.
