IMAB Fought Hard in 2026!

Along with other advocates, IMAB got to celebrate that

• the CLARITY Act, supported by Trump and the crypto industry, failed to pass the Senate.

Though IMAB did not succeed in 2026, we will continue to monitor and fight to

• stop warrantless mass surveillance,
• protect the Americans with Disabilities Act,
• stop funding for the Iran war and the blockade on Cuba, and
• help Haitians and Syrians with TPS protections.

REMEMBER

Things are NOT hopeless. This is a setback, NOT the end.

This decision is NOT final. This is a pivot point for what comes next.
